How long does shipping take for Coddle furniture?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days for large furniture items.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day comfort trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a small return shipping fee.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Coddle home products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize sustainability and quality, utilizing high-density memory foam, FSC-certified wood frames, and premium, easy-to-clean performance fabrics.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our furniture is designed for tool-free, easy assembly. However, we do offer a White Glove Delivery service in select zip codes that includes full assembly and packaging removal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your status directly through our website using your order number.
